Our Process

Steps for Creating a Custom Order:

Step 1. Communicate the desired product needed (send any and all pictures via email to chris@outsidetheboxpp.com)
Step 2. Communicate any variances from the pictures or use one of our standard design templates to show your custom sizes and style of product
Step 3. Discuss materials and decoration options
Step 4. Discuss budget, quantities including overs/unders, and time-lines
Step 5. OTB will provide die-line (show sample of dieline) for artwork, customer to add artwork
Step 6. PO or Pre-payment must be received in advance of factory starting job
Step 7. OTB will provide timeline of expected order ship date
Step 8. Once product ships OTB will bill balance or final payment (due in 15 days from invoice)
